Shipping policy

At UTIERRE, we are committed to a transparent, efficient shipping experience.

Order Processing

In-stock items ship from our studio within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Select made-to-order and Atelier pieces are produced to order; their production time (typically 3–10 business days before shipping) is noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates — United States

- Standard shipping: $8, 3–5 business days in transit.
- Free standard shipping on orders $120 and over.

International Shipping

- Flat-rate international shipping is calculated at checkout; delivery times vary with destination and customs.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Some products may be restricted from international delivery.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation, contact info@utierre.com.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues or returns caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. Returned packages may require a reshipment fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package: check with household members or neighbors, contact the carrier to verify the delivery location, then email info@utierre.com and we will do our best to assist. UTIERRE is not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have carrier, destination, or regulatory limits, noted on the product page when applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to these restrictions.
