Refund policy

At Utierre, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our policy below for information about returns, exchanges, and order issues.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Items:
We accept returns and exchanges for full-priced apparel and select items only. All items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Final Sale (Non-Returnable) Items:
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards

  • Intimates and Sanitary Goods (e.g., underwear, socks, swimwear)

  • Accessories (e.g., hats, sunglasses, hair items)

  • Jewelry (e.g., earrings, bracelets, necklaces)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Cosmetics (e.g., lashes, facial tools, hair extensions)

Returns:
Returns are accepted for qualifying items within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only offered on full-priced items. Please include the style name, color, and size of the item you'd like to exchange for. If the new item costs more, we will invoice the difference before processing.


Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@utierre.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or exchange.


Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, shipping fees are non-refundable. A reshipment fee will be required if you want the package sent again.


Gifts

If you received a gift, we can issue a gift card for the value of the item (excluding shipping) if the return is approved.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Utierre is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.


Processing Time

Approved returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
