Made-to-Order Processing
Most UTIERRE products are made to order. After your payment is processed, please allow 3 to 10 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Production timelines may vary based on product type, order volume, and peak periods.
Standard Order Processing
For in-stock items or accessories not made to order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our studio.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

Delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect addresses

Packages returned to us due to address errors
If a package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located:

Please note: UTIERRE is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
